On Thursday, Mississippi mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages raised 1.00 basis points from 3.68% to 3.69%. Rates for 15-year fixed-rate mortgages are down 2.00 basis points from 2.99% to 2.97%. Mortgage rates for 5/1 ARM loans came up 1.00 basis points from 3.11% to 3.12%.
