Throughout his professional career, Jeff has consistently demonstrated an ability to build and lead high-performing teams. His strong interpersonal and communication skills enable him to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and driving organizational success.
Prior to this role, Jeff held various leadership positions in with other prominent institutions—Pennymac, Truist, USAA—where he supported large scale initiatives and played a pivotal role in driving growth and profitability. As On Q’s President & Chief Executive Officer, he serves to optimize all aspects of the mortgage process to drive efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. He’s also passionate about affordable housing initiatives and will be a figurehead in promoting On Q Home Loan’s push to support lending opportunities within this market segment.
Jeff is a father of three and resides in Plano, TX. His interest outside of work include basketball, racing supercars, and supporting initiatives to end homelessness.
