Who is your typical customer and what questions do they typically have?
My "typical" customer is someone who knows they are not typical. Each situation is unique as are the questions, which can range from "How much money do I have to put down if I am self-employed and don't want to submit mounds of paperwork?" to "How fast can you close a loan?" or "Do you have any programs for first time homebuyers?"
Are you active in any local associations or community groups, and at what level? What goals and/or success have you helped these groups achieve?
Second term HOA President, The Tampa Jeep Krewe events committee and former director, Elevate Him Volunteer Staff, RGA Networking, Impact Program event volunteer, Charity blackjack dealer, Valrico Fishhawk Chamber of Commerce, Brandon/Valrico Pitch Group Scheduling Coordinator, RASM, Instructor of networking and communication classes.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
I am most satisfied with my career choice when I am sitting at the closing table with clients who "can't believe we made it happen." The exuberance they share is priceless.
What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time when you are not helping people with their home loans?
Lisa is married to Pete, and they enjoy SCUBA Diving, Jeeping, camping with their two teenage boys and going to Bluegrass Festivals. They are members of Arise Church in Brandon and volunteer with various organizations throughout the community.
Tell us something that makes you unique or something wacky, yet interesting about you?
Something that is unique about me? I used to be a stand-up comedian and a carnie, though not at the same time.
