I usually work with first time home buyers and clients from different cultural background from all over the world who are new to the home buying process.

The first step is to perform an assessment of the client needs and financial profile
Second, I analyze possible avenues and products that are a good fit for my clients.
Finally, I help customer to understand and choose the best option for their particular needs.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
1. It is over-complicated.
2. Mortgage lenders want to take advantage of the customers.
3. Big savings are needed to be able to buy a house.
What resources could you recommend that borrowers use to learn more about the mortgage process and how to ensure a successful home closing?
Using both my guidance and the Real Estate Agent's help throughout the process is my first recommendation. I also provide my clients with helpful links from trustworthy sources and I advise them to avoid unofficial internet sites that might provide false information.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
Being able to help my clients, specially first time home buyer, and make their their home ownership dreams come true. That's priceless!!!
What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time when you are not helping people with their home loans?
Spending time with my family and traveling.
