What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
Having a detailed conversation with my clients as they begin their home buying journey is essential to the loan process. Talking with clients not only about their home buying objectives but also their financial goals assures the appropriate product fit. Mortgage loans are not a one size fits all type of product. Understanding my clients needs and goals, then determining the best possible loan product will result in a satisfied & confident client.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
I’ve been in the industry for over 15 years working with countless individuals, couples and families. Receiving a phone call, email or text from a previous client with a question or just a “hello” to keep me up to date with their life makes my heart sing. My career long mantra has been to build life long relationships with clients and not just transactions. I’m grateful to my clients for their repeat business and referrals to their family, friends and co-workers but most of all their friendship.
Tell us something that makes you unique or something wacky, yet interesting about you?
I’m passionate about dog rescue. Some would say (i.e. my husband & kids) that I’m a foster fail. Our family has welcomed and fostered countless furballs of the canine variety in our home. Some, I convinced myself, would only be happy as a Cramer. Honestly, I just fell in love with some of them and at one time had seven beagle/mixes with the last name Cramer. But most of the dogs we foster are adopted out to families who welcome them with open hearts. The Cramer house now just has two beagles, an Aussie Shepherd and two kitties. When I work from home, you can count on the fact that there’s probably a dog (or two) sitting at my feet.
