The best way to deliver the best product is by asking questions. This will provide the information needed to put together a scenario to match their needs.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
A refinance should be free since the home is owned. A misconception about what determines the rates. The length of the process.
What resources could you recommend that borrowers use to learn more about the mortgage process and how to ensure a successful home closing?
The internet is a great way to search for answers you have questions about. This will give the client a good foundation and when they speak with me, it is a more familiar conversation.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
When a customer is happy with the service I provided. All banks have rates and what separates each lender is the process. So if I am able to provide 5 star service, that may win the business
What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time when you are not helping people with their home loans?
I am actively investing in Real Estate. I’m very passionate about this and feel investing can be a great addition to a financial portfolio especially when considering generations to come.
