I work with first time home buyers to investors. Everyone just wants a good borrowing experience with a loan officer that solves problems and never creates them.
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
Identify a clear financial picture and an understanding of their goals working hand in hand to find the est product to suit their needs and desires.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
It's difficult, takes up all their time and is expensive.
What resources could you recommend that borrowers use to learn more about the mortgage process and how to ensure a successful home closing?
There are so many resources available for first time buyers too many to list here and for those that have been through the process before it's about improving on their prior experiences.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
At closing seeing how happy people are to realize they finally have the home of their dreams.
What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time when you are not helping people with their home loans?
I'm a gourmet chef, scuba and sky diver who loves spending time with family and all our animals.
Tell us something that makes you unique or something wacky, yet interesting about you?
I was diagnosed with hyperactivity at 7 years old then spent the next 12 years of my life studying at a Shaolin Temple in the middle of Chinatown in San Francisco learning to focus and channel my energies.
