I first ask them their goals. What's most important to you? - What are you trying to accomplish thru this loan? How long do you see yourself in this property 3-5-7 years? Or this is it and you never want to move. Maybe you need a lower monthly payment or you want to get the home paid off faster or BOTH? yes that too can happen!! Let's get a Game plan is the first step.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
Knowing I've done something good for an American Family. It may be that NEW HOME. It may be a family VACATION HOME. It may be just lowering your payments so that you won't lose your home. I get satisfaction from knowing I made a difference in a Families Legacy.
