My typical customer varies from first time home buyers,repeat clients supersizing as their families grow refinancing to consolidate debt or taking cash-out for a large purchase.

I pride myself in putting myself in the customers shoes looking at what is important to them and making sure those things are taken into consideration. I listen to all questions and explain the process so it is easy to understand. I am there every step of the way to keep the process smooth and easy.

The top 3 misconceptions most people have about the home loan process are: 1. your mortgage professional works for the banks - incorrect, your mortgage professional works for you! They work to find you the best options and they work to provide you the best service. 2. All banks are the same - incorrect, banks operate very differently, depending on the products and services they provide. A professional with years of experience can be the best guide for navigating the process. 3. It's a difficult process - incorrect - there is very little paperwork needed to get started. Try to keep your most important documents organized and you will save yourself time and frustration.
What resources could you recommend that borrowers use to learn more about the mortgage process and how to ensure a successful home closing?
There is a delicate balance to strike when seeking information about the mortgage process - sometimes information that is easily available is not correct. Sometimes accurate information is taken out of context. recommend that borrowers keep a list of open questions and take advantage of professional resources like licensed realtors, attorneys and their mortgage professional.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
Being able to respond to any and all questions that a client has gives me great satisfaction. Whether a new home buyer needs advice or a home owner has a question, I can get them the information and/or the experts they need.
