My typical customer always wants to know rates and how much money do they need to come in with.
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I meet them in person to feel comfortable with me to to be able to provide me all their personal information. I review their credit/income to decided what programs best fits their situation.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
they believe what they hear from friends/family
Rates are based off of credit. They feel it doesn't matter.
They want no fees.
What resources could you recommend that borrowers use to learn more about the mortgage process and how to ensure a successful home closing?
Ask a lot of questions know the process and the steps they have to take from finish to end.
