Who is your typical customer and what questions do they typically have?
I don't have a typical client. Every loan is different and everyone has a different story to tell. Usually, the biggest question I get is, "how does this work?"
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I do what every good loan officer does and give my clients options and explain the pros and cons of each different program. The best home loan is the one that the customer understands and takes care of all their needs.

What resources could you recommend that borrowers use to learn more about the mortgage process and how to ensure a successful home closing?
I recommend asking close family and friends about their process and engaging with your Loan Officer, and not being afraid to ask any and every question. We are the experts in the field and I want to be the resource for my clients that can help learn and understand more about the mortgage process.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
I enjoy helping to educate and guide someone in the Home Buying process so that they are comfortable with signing the final contract at closing.
I want clients to understand and know what is going throughout the entire process. Knowing that my clients never felt out of the loop and that my communication never lapsed gives me the most satisfaction.

I used to compete in pro gaming tournaments in high school and college.
