What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
When talking with a new borrower, I always try to find out what their current and future plans are. Sometimes borrowers think a 30 year mortgage is the best product but based on their future plans, it may not be. You need to take a lot of variables into account to make sure that they are getting the right loan and term for their individual needs.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
I have always enjoyed working with first time home buyers. There is nothing more satisfying than to know that you have played an important part in a buyer being able to achieve their goal of purchasing their first home.

When I do a loan for a borrower, I take it very personal. It is not just another transaction to me, it is someone's hopes and dreams. There is nothing more that I want than for the buyer to be very satisfied and have the best experience as possible.
