My typical clients and first time home buyer and current home owner looking to refinance. First time home buyer ask about the process and how soon they can have a pre-approval and wants me to walk the mortgage process.
Refinance client is looking to save money on current pay met and if they can qualify with mortgage insurance.
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I listen to what their needs and to see what they want to accomplish in the process. I provide them with options and see what will best fit for them.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
1. Takes too long.
2. They don't know what to expect.
3. Closing cost, escrow and pmi.

What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
What I enjoy most about being a loan originator is the gratification that comes from helping people, whether it is getting them into a new home or just being available to answer questions about their existing loan, I find that I can help with all their mortgage needs.
What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time when you are not helping people with their home loans?
I enjoy most my time with my family and friends. Right now my most enjoyment comes from my 2 daughters. I love being a Mom and watching them growing up.

I have a big heart. I laugh a lot. I love what I do and I always try to turn negative to positive. Most of all I am grateful for everything in my life.
