My typical clientele are 1st time home buyers, renovation for new or current home, and those seeking guidance with refinancing. Typically my clients want to know why me and why Guaranteed Rate. The answer to that is simple, both myself/Guaranteed Rate want the best possible results for our clients, while delivering world class service!
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
Crunching the numbers and doing the math specific to each client until I'm satisfied all options have been uncovered. This result in the best home loan solution possible for every client. Hammering out the details upfront is a must. Every client has a specific situation and uncovering benefits tailored to the individual is a must!
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?

Changing a client's perception of the finance world. By completing a loan with myself/Guaranteed Rate my expectation is that every client closes on their loan happy with the end result.
What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time when you are not helping people with their home loans?
Spending time with my wife and three dogs. I'm also an avid runner, cyclist, golfer, and snowboarder. I also really enjoy working on my home/yard. Yard work is something I love because its the first thing people see when they come to visit. I also enjoy volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America, National Kidney Foundation, and The Foundation for Fighting Blindness.
Tell us something that makes you unique or something wacky, yet interesting about you?
I became an Eagle Scout on 9/11/2001. I was a clown for the National Kidney Foundation and my clown name was "Pickles". I once grew my hair out and donated it to "The Children with Hair Loss".
