My typical customers range from first time home buyers to affluent buyers, but I pride myself in repeat customers and business referrals. Typical questions range from how much home can I afford to what are the going interest rates?
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
The first step is to find out how much of a payment the customers can afford or are comfortable with? Then the next question is to find out how long they are planning to stay in the home? Lastly, to find out if their goal is to pay off the loan quickly?
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
This is an easy question. The reason I do this for a living is the satisfaction of seeing the happiness that a new home can bring to a family. There is nothing like sitting at a closing table and watching the smiles on the faces of the families around the table and the plans that they have for the home. It really is the American Dream and I get to help to provide it!
