Who is your typical customer and what questions do they typically have?
Everyone is unique. I take great pride in LISTENING to my clients and putting them and they're families into the perfect mortgage.
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
It all starts with caring about your clients, showing them respect and the knowing you have their best interests at heart. So, gaining the trust of my clients is number one. From there, again, I listen. I want to know what your dream scenario looks like and want to do everything in my power to be a part of the process in making that dream a reality.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
In no particular order I feel the top three misconceptions about the home loan process is that everyone operates on the same technology platforms, that loan officers don't care about their clients and if you have, "bad" credit you shouldn't even attempt to get pre-qualified.
What resources could you recommend that borrowers use to learn more about the mortgage process and how to ensure a successful home closing?
I would recommend doing your homework in choosing a Loan Officer. Our business is constantly changing and you have to know you've hired the right person to guide you through the process.
