Typical customer would be Vietnamese. Their concerns when it comes down to home loan is that the rate, their income and do they qualify.
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I normally would love to meet them face to face and just get down to business. Find out their intentions and what they would like to do and or in the future if they able to referral any family members or friends.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
Other l/o promises which are not realistic.

What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
The most satisfaction I have is when the borrowers get the keys to their dream home.
