I help a variety of customers, some with knowledge of the process and some who have never heard of how buying a home is like. The question I get asked the most is: "Will I be able to achieve this goal now? Or will we have to work more to achieve this?"
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I review all of their options with them, I go over each and
every program they can use. Once they have knowledge of those programs, then we make the decision on which program to use.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
- It's impossible to qualify for a home if they don't have A+ credit
- They cannot afford to get a home loan
- There are no benefits to owning a home

I refer my clients to our website, to look up various loan types if they haven't already sat with me to review what's out there.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
Helping my clients feel like they achieved their goal of home ownership, whether it's their first or third home. The satisfaction that we built a friendship along the way ist the best.
