Typical client - purchase/refi/first time homebuyer and seasoned buyers/repeat clients. Basically after 20 years, all kinds of clients investors etc.

What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I educate my buyers on product pricing and all their options. finance is very personal and a numbers game. I give them the options point out which I think is best but ultimately give them the tools to make an educated decision with what works best for them and their family.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
That is it difficult and they are not sure what they qualify for.

Fitness is important to me either at a gym, personal trainer, walking my dog activities with my family. Most recently planning a wedding for my daughter.
