My typical customer is anyone who is looking to either purchase or refinance their home. The most common questions are about current interest rates, down payment, and PMI.
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I look at each client's unique situation in order to match them up with the loan program that provides the most benefit to them. The loan program should fit their needs, not the other way around.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
I truly enjoy providing guidance and expertise for customers throughout what is most likely the biggest purchase of their lives. Helping people purchase their dream home is a true pleasure.
