I have been in the mortgage business for more than 20 years. I had various positions in the mortgage industry as a processor, junior underwriter, closer, collections, and of course as a loan officer. There was a time that I was also a realtor, all these positions allowed me to have more knowledge about the mortgage industry and all phases of the loan process. My job is to be a problem solver and my past experience has allowed me to do that.
I was raised in two countries which gave me an opportunity to experience two cultures. Although I was born in the U.S., I went to high school and a year of college in South America. I transferred to Seton Hall University and majored in Economics. As a junior in college I knew I wanted to get into mortgages. As the oldest child and second oldest cousin of a huge family, I was always put in the role of advising and protecting my family. This is that same behavior I take to my clients, it is a transaction with lots of decisions to be made, information and communication is key. My clients are mostly in Union County and Essex County.
In my spare time I like to run, this year I ran two half marathons and hoping to get to the NY Marathon soon. My family has a fundraiser for the needy children in Bolivia, Por La Sonrisa de un Kalawawa and I have been active with the organization for more than 24 years. Brining toys to the rural areas of Bolivia.
