Who is your typical customer and what questions do they typically have?
My typical customer is the first time homebuyer. The first question most of them ask is, can I qualify to purchase a home? Once I am able to verify viable options for my customers, I will do everything within my power to make sure that the customer is in the know, and aware of everything that is going on.
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I exhaust all available resources to make sure that the customer's needs are addressed, first and foremost. The first step is to listen to what the customer's end goal is, and then I use that information to provide the best possible options available to the customer.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
It takes too long. I need a big down payment to purchase a home. I need perfect credit in order to purchase a home.
What resources could you recommend that borrowers use to learn more about the mortgage process and how to ensure a successful home closing?
Use me. I am here for any questions and will be your best resource for all of your mortgage needs. I will never claim to know it all, but I will stake my claim on the effort that I put in to get the answers for you.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
Helping people is where I get my satisfaction. Educating customers on the home buying process, and eventually helping the customers into home ownership is what satisfies me.
Tell us something that makes you unique or something wacky, yet interesting about you?
I think people are interesting in their own ways. What makes me interesting to you, might disgust someone else, and vice versa. Basically, I'm answering around this question, because I don't have anything to say. Carry on.
