Who is your typical customer and what questions do they typically have?
I usually work with first time buyers and because they're going though the home buying process for the first time they have many questions. For example, what's a good rate? How can I avoid PMI? What is PMI? What will I need to qualify?
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I like to meet with my customers or have a 30 to 45 mins phone consultation with them. I ask "life style" questions. How long do you intend on keeping your home? Do you have kids? If yes how old? Do you plan on having kids? I'll ask to be transparent about their finances.
