I have both professional and your average worker. Either way I present the options in a clear and concise manner. I educate my clients on the process, and communicate every step. I am transparent, so there will be no surprises, and if there are, I explain the options and we work together to get the job done.
What advice would you give new or first time home buyers?
Be patient ask questions and when client does not understand ask for further explanation. I educate my client not to know the business, but to have an idea of the timeline to expect. We work as a time, not as individuals.
What can borrowers do to ensure a smooth mortgage underwriting process?
Clients should have paper work ready, and not have to piece together at the last minute. Always be upfront, with open communication. If there are issues just be up front, be willing to work as a team. Leave the rest to God, if it is meant to be it will be by his will.
