My typical customer is usually the first time home buyer. The questions they normally ask is : Do we get any assistance for down payment for being first time homebuyers?

The steps I take to make sure I find the best loan options for my customers are: Take a complete loan application and ask the necessary questions that pertain to down payment and assets ( as this is very important) to determine the loan options available.

The 3 top misconceptions people have about the home loan process are: Down payment funds ( not necessary with some loan options) Funds to cover closing cost ( some sellers help cover this cost) Too much work to do a loan ( Home loans are very streamlined w/ GR)
What resources could you recommend that borrowers use to learn more about the mortgage process and how to ensure a successful home closing?
I always recommend that borrowers research items on GOOGLE. However, I always ask them to cross reference with me as well. I let them know that I'm available via phone, text and email. :)
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
Having a smooth loan transaction for my borrowers has got to be the most satisfaction part of my job. My borrowers, Realtors and 3rd parties all appreciate this and I Pride myself in bringing this to the table.
Tell us something that makes you unique or something wacky, yet interesting about you?
I believe I'm a funny person but really I come out looking more goofy than funny ! However, I enjoy making my clients smile and laugh :)
