What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I am a big believer in education, buying is one of the biggest steps we take in life. Understanding and learning what home loan options are available is a big part of buying a home. By educating my clients upfront helps eliminate the unknown associated with obtaining a loan. There are a number of decisions that need to be made along the way and we are better equipped to make those decisions if we have the necessary knowledge. So for me, educating my clients is a very important part of my job.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
There is nothing more satisfying then knowing I was a part of helping families buy a home. Seeing just how happy they are when I convey to them that there loan application has been approved. Best of all is seeing how happy there are when they receive the keys to there new home.
What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time when you are not helping people with their home loans?
My passion right now in life is playing golf and riding my Harley. But what I am most grateful for is that I have been blessed with six sons who have given me six beautiful grandchildren.
Tell us something that makes you unique or something wacky, yet interesting about you?
The way i see it, what I do for a living is about helping others, being a Loan Consultant is my career but helping others in is truly my job.
