My typical consumer over the years has been physicians and other professionals. The typically like to know what program is best for them and their financial goals.
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I ascertain a thorough knowledge of their financial situation, along with their working life and their plans to own the property.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
Mortgage rates don't change unless the Fed raises rates. If a borrower has a lot of equity in there home they should be entitled to a home loan even if they cant prove income. The loan documentation should be less invasive.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
When the financial analysis taken comes together with the successful closing of the best loan transaction for the borrower.
What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time when you are not helping people with their home loans?
Golf, Martial Arts, Skiing, Surfing, Reading, working out
