Who is your typical customer and what questions do they typically have?
I find that I often work with first time home buyers and I think the reason for that is because they are some of my favorite customers! There is nothing more gratifying than guiding a first time buyer smoothly through the process and seeing the joy on their face the day they close and officially become a Home Owner!
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I am very detailed oriented and pay attention to my customer's current and long-term goals and priorities. Asking questions and truly getting to know my customers ensures that they are matched with the best possible loan to fit their needs
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
Knowing that I have done my best to provide each customer with an exceptional level of service ... and having them appreciate it! Whether it is just a thank you and a hand shake at the closing table, a "shout out" on Facebook or by referring me to their family and friends - I know that my customers appreciate me and the level of service I provide them.
