Unique - I challenge myself to close those tough deals within guidelines of course. I enjoy structuring loans and knowing what else is out there as far as brokering loans. However now that we are a part of Guaranteed Rate I am excited to learn more about the loan products in house.
Wacky - I love a good laugh....this home buying process can be fun too: ) zero stress...
