A pre-approval, this is the initial step in the mortgage process and its generally fairly simple on our digital mortgage app. I will closely look at the overall financial picture, including debt, income and assets to determine the best loan option for my customer. It takes the guess work out of the how much can you can afford, what programs you qualify for and the maximum amount you can borrow.

I am a Polish immigrant who came over from Poland at the age of 4 with nothing but a backpack. It was a struggle for my family and I, but we stuck together and made it the best we could. I started work at the age of 10 and never stopped. This has given me the great work ethic and experience that I have today.
