My typical clients are past homeowners, first time home buyers, Veterans, and seasoned investors. Typical questions they have are: What type of mortgage is best for me? How much down payment will I need? Do I -or the property I'm buying qualify for any down payment assistance programs? What is my interest rate? What credit score do I need to qualify? Are you doing a hard credit check on me? What is the annual percentage rate? Will I have to pay mortgage insurance? What will my monthly payment be? Do I have to pay origination fee? What other costs will I pay at closing? How long until my loan closes? & many more. The good news is I'm here to answer them all!
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
Choosing the right home loan can be confusing, as there are many different types. Helping my clients find the best home loan is my primary goal, along with finding the lowest interest rate and the best loan conditions. I understand my clients needs and offer options based on those needs. A home loan is the most significant financial transaction a family will make. I want my clients to feel comfortable and they rely on me to get them the best mortgage solution. I am always available to answer any questions throughout the process and even after the loan process is completed. I'm honest and straight forward in all my business transactions.

You need to have perfect credit to get a mortgage.
You must make a 20 percent down payment to buy a home.

What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
The most satisfying part of my job is to be part of the amazing journey with hardworking families! Gaining their confidence as their loan officer and seeing them achieve their goal of being a home owner is rewarding. Their smiles, excitement and the memories they will create in their new home makes my job worthwhile.

A large portion of my business comes from realtor partners and my existing client base, as I feel the relationships I build last a lifetime! I have knowledge in helping my clients secure financing they need. I grew up in India and speak fluent English and Hindi. I love to travel with my family and explore new cultures.
