I ask a lot of questions to make sure I understand what my client's financial goals are and what their plan is for the home they are purchasing or refinancing so I can get them in the best loan for their needs.

The biggest 3 misconceptions are that they have to have a 20% down payment to purchase a home, that their credit score needs to be 640, and that they shouldn't have too many lenders check their credit because it will hurt their score.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
I love educating my customers and making sure they know exactly what the process entails. I make myself available at any time to answer questions they may have and I attend all my loan closings. Getting clients into a home that they never thought they could be able to buy is the best part of my job!
