What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I evaluate the client's current situation and what they are trying to accomplish. Then I uncover why the client is trying to accomplish their specific goal. Each client has a unique story and it makes my job fulfilling knowing that I helped them with such a major part of their lives.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
1. That you need to put 10% down to buy a home.
2. A lot of customers are unaware that you can consolidate other debt they have into a mortgage.
3. That you need excellent credit to get a mortgage.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
Buying or refinancing a home can seem like a daunting task with many steps involved. It really makes me happy educating my clients and making the process simple and transparent.

I really enjoy playing tennis, and golf (my game needs a lot of work). I also really like going to concerts and sporting events.
