First time home buyers. They want to learn the process of buying a home.
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
Every loan is unique and customized for the buyers needs. I ask them a lot of questions as to what "they want, what they are comfortable with".
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
1) It's a stressful process.
2) They are not aware of how a first time home buyer program can help them.
3) They are worried they don't have enough money to buy a home.
What resources could you recommend that borrowers use to learn more about the mortgage process and how to ensure a successful home closing?
I educate them on what not to do when buying a home. I also encourage them to go directly to the websites for first time home buyer programs

I am ambidextrous. I eat, write, bowl, and shoot left handed yet I iron clothes, play baseball, and golf only right handed.
