My typical customers are first-time homebuyers. The most popular questions they have are about our digital loan process. It can seem overwhelming, but with signposts and open communication throughout the process, we can secure a transparent experience to ensure you know exactly where you stand every step of the way.
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I try to make sure they are informed. It is one of the largest purchases that we make in our lives. It's also a good idea to establish a budget before starting to look at homes. This way you will know what you can comfortably afford. Often you can qualify for more home than you will feel comfortable buying. Knowing and sticking to the budgeted amount will help you in the long run.
