What advice would you give new or first time home buyers?
Don’t be afraid to ask questions! Most first time buyers have a misconception of the process based on what they have seen in the media or have read online. Take the time to see if buying a home is right for you, and even if it isn’t right now, let’s put together a plan so that down the road it will be.
How has the mortgage industry changed since you started, and what would you expect in the future?
It has changed drastically, but for the better. We are in a full documentation world where every piece of information needs to be backed up with the correct paperwork. By setting the stage up front with the first meeting, we can point you in the right direction and make sure that you are aware of the process and what is required.
What part of the home loan process do customers find most difficult and how do you help them through it?
