Who is your typical customer and what questions do they typically have?
I get customers from all walks of life. I have dealt with many first time home buyers and investors. Typically customers want to know what the best loan program is for their particular needs. That is where I come in and I am able to provide you multiple loan options until we narrow down what is best for you!
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
First we will go through a series of questions so I can get a better understanding of your wants and needs are. From there, we proceed to taking a simple loan application. Once we have compelled the loan application and I have reviewed the necessary income documents, I will analyze the loan application and present a couple different options so together we can choose whats going to work best for you!
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
When I get the opportunity to help someone who did not think they could qualify for a series of potential reason, and we get them into a new home, that brings me joy! I can go on and on with many different stories but ultimately, helping anyone achieve their real estate goals brings me excitement.
