I work with all types of borrowers from first time homebuyers, investors, purchases, and refinances. All clients have the same concern - how will the process work and how fast can the loan close!
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
Each of my borrowers will receive a custom loan scenario quote and I am always careful to insure that all loan options are considered for each client.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
1) That the mortgage process is difficult and painful,
2) That you need 20% of the purchase price to get a loan,
3) If your credit has been damaged in the past you can't obtain a mortgage loan.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
Helping a borrower to purchase their first home is always the most satisfying part of my job. And overall just helping a person or family improve their qualify of life by purchasing a first or upgraded home is the reason for my many years of service in the mortgage industry.
