My typical customers are First Time Home Buyers, Veterans and Move Up Borrowers. I am proudly a Certified Military Home Loan Specialist.
Questions initially relate to "how much will it cost and what's my monthly payment."
What resources could you recommend that borrowers use to learn more about the mortgage process and how to ensure a successful home closing?
Trust and Trustworthiness apply here. I explain the process, guidelines, and walk with them through the transaction. I invite them to call me with any questions and direct them to various sites to visits at their convenience all to ensure that any and every question they have gets answered.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
Knowing that I have assisted in the largest single purchase at one time in their lives and/or served a Veteran that is directly involved in the Freedom of our Country is very satisfying.
Attend the closing or final step of the process is paramount to me.
What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time when you are not helping people with their home loans?
I love to play golf and visit historical places.
