I listen to their needs and pay particular attention to how long they plan on being in their home and their payment requirements.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
That it is a terribly long and drawn out experience with lots of hoops to go through. The payment difference is great between small interest rate changes.

I would recommend they visit the Guaranteed Rate website for information on the mortgage process.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
After the customer is given the keys at closing.

I enjoy singing solos in weddings and church and have done so for 30 years
