Wow, which one do you choose? I have credit challenged, income challenged (working with the same customer for two years before they could qualify one on.
What advice would you give new or first time home buyers?
Instead of guessing if they could just apply. Let the LO work the file forward advising on what works today and what needs to be worked on down the road if need.

How has the mortgage industry changed since you started, and what would you expect in the future?
Went from as easy as giving candy to five-year-old to pulling teeth. With the advent of the digital mortgage process loans will be streamlined to online verify of work, income, banking, and assets. Picking the right loan program will be too difficult to understand so LO’s will have a job for some time.
What 2 or 3 mobile apps would you recommend for home buyers or house hunters, and why? What Smart Apps do you recommend your customers use for the house hunting process?
Zillow and Redfin. They seem to work well.
What resources could you recommend that borrowers use to learn more about the mortgage process and how to ensure a successful home closing?

Dam A.D.D. it’s a curse but can be a blessing. Doing work that does not require long periods of concentration allows for multiple tasking. You may only get 80% of it done but you have a better chance of getting to 100% of the things you wanted to do or at least touch on.
