Typically I will ask the detailed questions to determine what is most important to them regarding one of the biggest purchases they will ever make.

You must put 20% down, have credit scores of 800 plus and a mortgage payment is higher than rent.
What resources could you recommend that borrowers use to learn more about the mortgage process and how to ensure a successful home closing?
I would definitely suggest you use a professional in the services of a realtor to guide you through the process.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
Watching a client purchase a home for the first time and knowing that I was able to assist in the process and guide them in the direction to reach their goal of home ownership.
What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time when you are not helping people with their home loans?
Born and raised in the Kansas City area and have lived here all my life and love what I do.. I am a mom of 3 and when I am not helping my clients I can usually be found on the sidelines cheering my kids on in whatever sport or activity they are participating in. I hold dear to me time with my family and friends and makes it easy when they become clients as well.
