I help a wide range of customers such as first-time home buyers, growing families, downsizing customers, investors and vacation home owners. The questions they ask can vary on the customer and their situation. It is my job to be informative, provide product knowledge based on their specific scenario and walk them through our streamline process.
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I like to take advantage of our technology and platform to capture the customers information then I add a personal touch of consulting whether it be face to face, video chat or over the phone. It is very important to go through an interview process with customers so we have a full understanding of their scenario to properly position them in the right product and term. I also like to build a relationship with my customers because I want them to feel comfortable and confident in the process.

I need to find a home first before I apply for a home loan. NO! You should always consider getting qualified before shopping for a home, even if you are six to twelve months out from buying. Get your financing set up front so you are ready to make an offer when the right home comes along, or be prepared with the assets needed to purchase a home.
