Melinda and her team specialize in customized loan programs for medical professionals, attorneys, and self-employed borrowers and she loves working with first time home buyers. She has enjoyed helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams for nearly two decades. She understands the significance of buying a home, and her goal is to deliver superior customer service and very competitive rates, with a simple efficient process. A Boise High School alum, Melinda earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and BS degrees in Finance and Marketing from the University of Utah. She is currently a Trustee and Treasurer for BAM (Boise Art Museum), and she has served on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Home Society of Idaho and Idaho Women’s Charitable Foundation.
Melinda spends much of her free time with her two daughters, Hanna and Lily. Her favorite activities include downhill skiing, water-skiing and biking. When she is not outdoors, she enjoys music, reading, and discovering new local artists and galleries.
