I usually ask what they are comfortable paying a month, then I show them their options that meet their needs.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
1. FHA is "first time home buyer" loan
2. that the down payment is the total amount of cash needed to close.
3. that it is very difficult to qualify for a home loan.

Helping people become first time home buyers and helping lower the payment of current home owners.

I like taking care of my indoor flowers and painting.
