The process was very easy with electronic signatures, a simple to use site to provide all of the materials requested. Terrific people worked with me throughout the process including the other vendors such as the appraiser and closing notary. No nonsense from the start of the process. I submitted my application was told of my options clearly and was comforted when told that everything looks in order and should go smoothly WHICH IT DID!
