We help all walks of life. Many of our clients are experienced buyers, however, we love helping first time home buyers as well.
What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
Communication is Key. We listen to our clients and provide loan advise based on their needs. Everyone is different and we base our advise of their unique situations.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
1 - A large deposit ensures your approval. False
2- I can use any assets, even cash. Wrong, assets have to be sourced and have tough guidelines.
3-Even if I can't source the income, I can use it to qualify - False.
What resources could you recommend that borrowers use to learn more about the mortgage process and how to ensure a successful home closing?
Patience and organization. The mortgage process requires a lot of documentation so be prepared to provide everything and be patient with the multiple requests. Please know everything we are asking for is needed to get your loan closed.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
Helping Clients. Obtaining a mortgage can be very challenging. I love taking a stressful scenario and turning it into an enjoyable experience for clients.
What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time when you are not helping people with their home loans?
Spending time with my wife and 2 girls. I dedicate most of my spare time at my daughters Elementary School.
