What specific steps do you use to help your customers find the best home loan for them?
I have a face to face with the clients and show them the different programs, costs and advantages and disadvantages of each program so they decide on what program is best for them today and tomorrow.

I don't make enough money to purchase a new home

Overcoming issues that the client thinks they have that would prevent them from purchasing a new home.
