Who is your typical customer and what questions do they typically have?
There is no such thing as a 'typical customer' in today's marketplace. Every client is so special and has specific needs. My team and I take enormous pride in being able to work through nearly every scene to come up with a solution, all the while tailoring a mortgage product to fit every buyer's specific needs.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
Closing Day! Seeing a smiling face of a satisfied customer on the other side of the closing table is what it is all about. I know with confidence on that day that myself and my team have done the best job possible, while providing our clients with the exact mortgage product that fits their needs.
Tell us something that makes you unique or something wacky, yet interesting about you?
I was raised within a bike ride of excellent trout fishing as a child in Pennsylvania, where I quickly developed a passion for fishing and the outdoors. Beginning in my college years, I found myself guiding at a remote fishing lodge on Bristol Bay, Alaska. Believe it or not, this passion for fishing and adventuring led me to my current position in the mortgage industry! The owner of the lodge I was working for in Alaska hired me immediately upon graduating from the University of Pittsburgh as a Loan Officer on his team in the beautiful state of Hawaii!
