I take the time to get to know my customers. Income, assets, and credit are only part of the overall picture. It is just as important to me to know who you are, what is important to you, your family and your lifestyle. All of these are important in finding the right loan program for you.
What are the top 3 misconceptions people have about the home loan process?
Down payment, down payment and down payment. Many people think that they need 20% of the purchase price to put toward a down payment, which is definitely not the case. There are no down payment and low down payment options available for those who qualify. I welcome the opportunity to share these options and help find the one that fits your needs.
What provides you with the most satisfaction in your job as a Loan Officer?
I take pride in my ability to find ways to help people qualify for their home loan. I regularly close loans for customers who have been turned away by other lenders. There are hundreds of loan programs available; and I will always work hard to find the right one for my customer.
